Salesman decided to suggest to my wife and I that we sounded like we needed to do “a little more research” before purchasing a vehicle, even though we had been doing it extensively for weeks prior. When we wanted to test drive a specific vehicle, he told us it was 2 miles away in another lot but we could just drive one like it and “not pay attention” to any of the extra features on the inside. When we requested the out the door price sheet, he told me to put it in my pocket but that we weren’t really supposed to take them. When we drove a newer version of the vehicle compared to the older one, he made sure to condescendingly point out that it didn’t have the flaws I noticed in the other used one. It was a very awkward interaction enough that my wife had to get up and walk away from the discussion.

The Ourisman Kia team is fantastic, from the General Manager, Zaid, the Financial Officer Fkoyd and especially James Tragesser. James took time from the road test to explaining all of the features of the car. My experience was amazing. This is a great team at Ourisman Kia Fairfax.

Very responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond to make an out of state deal smooth and easy over a holiday weekend! They were excellent!

1000% don’t recommend. This review is for my experience with the sales representative Evans, whom I dealt with regarding a used BMW X5M. As someone experienced in automotive transactions, I find the few instances of lack of professionalism encountered here unacceptable AFTER I notified I will not be moving forward with this deal. After politely declining a vehicle upon not being able to reach a deal which I was able to justify, I received a text message containing inappropriate and desperate suggestions. These included a request to sell my current vehicle via a third party and travel to Virginia to complete a deal, followed by a proposal to accept significant negative equity while paying a $5,000 premium over the asking price. Guess they thought they found an easy ticket. It is clear my business was not valued, but rather viewed as an opportunity for an unethical transaction on a vehicle exceeding $100,000. I have since declined their offers politely and will be going elsewhere
