Sales person did not show up. Cars were not ready to be driven. Keys were missing. Hidden dealership fees were not disclosed. Big waste of time and unprofessional.

The car was beautiful and I scheduled a same day visit to see and possibly purchase the car and it was already sold by the time I arrived. The dealer could have gave me a call to inform me of this. Rather than have me drive the hour and a half down to Cape Coral. On the other hand the salesman that greeted me and was amazing. His name was Jerry. He showed me around to look at other vehicles. He was very courteous and professional.

Purchased a year old Toyota under factory waranty. These vehicles are known to have alignment issues. I asked them to double check them and said it drives good. I told the salesman that i was takingthe vehicle 1000 miles upnorth the next day. I picked up vehicle half hour before close and did not have time to drive it. Car looked good but after leaving i immediately noticed the steering wheel was aimed into the ditch. If i let go the wheel it went off the road immediately. It was extremely off and dangerous . I was forced to drive it 1000 miles with a dangerous steering wheel problem. If i hit a bump the whole car wobbled back and forth. The stereo had the back half speakers not working which the waranty will cover but i got stuck paying $186 for a front end alignment after paying $38,000 for a 2025 Toyota

I inquired about the vehicle and indicated that I had my down payment and financing in place and the individual i spoke to (Elijah Chkhartishvili), indicated that the dealer fees that were used in the Cargurus pre-qualufication were erroneous, so I requested a breakdown of the actual dealer fees and instead of sending me the breakdown, he sent me a link to their finance application and nothing else. I replied back informing the salesman that there was no dealer fee breakdown and I never heard from, or got any more communication from him again. A few days later, I received a notification that the vehicle had sold. I felt like I was given very poor service and do not recommend this dealer to anyone if that is how they treat legitimate customers with confirmed financing...
