The staff was nice and helpful as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice gentleman. My only complaint and it’s small but I think it would enhance the experience is the dealership itself definitely needs a remodeling. Great experience overall!

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

Never Responded

Came for a test drive. Never saw the car let alone drive it. Waited an hour and a half and walked out.

Chad was wonderful very helpful and informative. Excellent service from the time we walked in up until the time we drove out. Thank you so much Chad we will definitely send customers your way.

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

I got there, asked to see the car. They wouldn’t show it to me. The car I wanted. Instead they showed me 2cars, which I fell in love with, over 2times what I wanted to pay. I walked out with nothing. I wanted to leave .. but the held my keys for 2 1/2 hours. Never go back there again
