Kia dealerships near me (North Aurora, IL)

This dealership contacted me immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment. They called me the day of to inform me that the car was still available and that they would be waiting for me at the appointed time. Upon arrival they were able to meet with me immediately and everything went very smooth. They had the car ready and parked out front to go on an immediate test drive. They took my car keys to evaluate my trade in during the same time. When we got back they had pricing for my trade in as well as all the taxes and fees ready. The entire process was smooth. Tyler was very professional and friendly. Dan was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Thank you Gerald Kia of North Aurora.

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

The listing for the vehicle claimed it had no accidents, but when we saw it, it had extensive damage. We wasted gas driving to that location for nothing.

Bait and switch shop. They'll advertise low prices that they have no intention using. It took talking to 5 people to get a lease price that was nowhere near what it would be if they used the advertised price.

Came for a test drive. Never saw the car let alone drive it. Waited an hour and a half and walked out.

Purchased vehicle

Visited the store and test drove the vehicle. Negotiated a mutually acceptable price and have an appointment to complete the transaction. Forget what I wrote about. Contacted the dealership that a possible issue came up and I might not be able to complete the transaction today. I would like to provide a credit card to provide a non-refundable deposit on the vehicle to continue to hold it. I was then informed that the car has been sold to another customer. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE... WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM. System won't allow me to change the star rating... ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Still waiting for the follow up they said they would provide.
