Kia dealerships near me (Mechanicsville, MD)

No response from dealer to my inquiry. Contacted another dealer with similar car and completed purchase there.

My sales person was named Darmesha. She was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I spent all of an hour at the dealership and that’s including signing paperwork as everything was ready for me by the time I got there. The woman in finance I cannot remember her name but she was very transparent with everything I was signing and explained the paperwork and gave me plenty of time to read it before I signed it. Thanks again guys! I’ll be back again to do business!

The staff was nice and I did not spend a lot of time but the truck of the car could not close with the car key and the staff had to push with his hand to close.

1000% don’t recommend. This review is for my experience with the sales representative Evans, whom I dealt with regarding a used BMW X5M. As someone experienced in automotive transactions, I find the few instances of lack of professionalism encountered here unacceptable AFTER I notified I will not be moving forward with this deal. After politely declining a vehicle upon not being able to reach a deal which I was able to justify, I received a text message containing inappropriate and desperate suggestions. These included a request to sell my current vehicle via a third party and travel to Virginia to complete a deal, followed by a proposal to accept significant negative equity while paying a $5,000 premium over the asking price. Guess they thought they found an easy ticket. It is clear my business was not valued, but rather viewed as an opportunity for an unethical transaction on a vehicle exceeding $100,000. I have since declined their offers politely and will be going elsewhere
