Horrible experience, car not detailed left crumbles /food and trash in vehicle crack on windshield wasnt repaired they didn't replace it. never shop in LA especially at the downtown Kia is shady general manager dont go to this location I already made the mistake

They did not reveal to me on the phone or online that they were going to add $2800 in dealer installed options. I had asked every question I could about that exact Vin number and had the sticker sent to me thinking that would tell me what I needed and print it out, but their offer was online. But those dealer options were not listed any place until the very end and we are not located close to Glendale so we were not happy with the trip.

False advertising. They listed that the price of their cars is heavily discounted off of MSRP. However, when you look at the offer they make you once you go on-site, if you're detailed enough you will see they have "non- negotiable" add-ons such as paint protection for $2,000, windshield protection for $1,000, and gap insurance for $1,000. So the $4,000 you think you are getting off MSRP is not real. And then the manager is young but his selling method is so old school that it makes you feel sick to your stomach. Eating pistachios and telling you he is doing YOU a favor by selling you this car. Walked out of there and went somewhere else where they weren't using these old school selling tactics.

I wished I had read other reviews. I question dealer’s ethics. They did not disclose a missing key until driving vehicle off lot. They also did not disclose unnecessary “tracking” device until document signing and then claimed “no cost” to me, when in fact there was. I would definitely recommend that any potential buyer question all aspects of a purchase.
