Dealer contacted me promptly. Price they are asking for the used vehicle is unreasonable, however. You can literally purchase a brand new vehicle (same make/model/trim) for about $3k less thank what they want for a used one MY 2023 with about 200 miles on it.

I absolutely would not recommend Dublin Kia. I was assured my financing would be acceptable. When I came in the story changed. When I spoke to my financial institution I was informed that the sales team straight up lied to me so I would use their financing in an effort to induce me to buy their extended warranty for an additional $3,000. I had to refuse this several times in increasingly assertive ways to pay the price I was promised before even entering the dealership.  Furthermore, it was never expressed to me that a follow up interview with their financing service was necessary.  Overall, this was an abysmal transaction and I left knowing that I was not only lied to, but that the sales team has no integrity or interest in treating their customers with basic respect.

My salesperson was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into deep disappointment when I discovered a vibration issue within 24 hours of taking the car home. I returned immediately, hoping the service department would stand behind the sale, but they failed to diagnose the problem and dismissed my concerns. A certified Mercedes-Benz dealership later found the real cause: severely worn motor mounts that should never have passed an inspection. Instead of taking responsibility, the selling dealer minimized the issue and offered only partial help, leaving me to cover a costly repair on my own. It was heartbreaking to feel so unsupported at a moment when I needed honesty and accountability. Buyers deserve transparency and real care— I strongly urge future customers to be extremely cautious with the service department and consider getting an independent inspection before finalizing a purchase

I saw a listing posted on the app CarGurus for a Volvo XC 90. I contacted the dealership through the app and asked for an I packet with service records. The listing on CarGurus was incomplete, there was no market price or asking price or price rating, absolutely no information about pricing at all. I was contacted by three or four individuals who wanted me to come in and talk to them. None of these people ever sent me the information I asked for the I packet with service records. Eventually I learned by email that the car was a trade in they bought. Only after dozens of emails did I receive a price, a high price by the time it was evaluated by CarGurus. But before that was finally posted I tried to find out why they were asking for such a price considering the year, mileage, and other features. Wasted a lot of time, got no information. No ethics practiced in listing. What can you expect in transactions?
