I received a callback from a sales representative . I stated that I was interested in the seltos sx turbo. She stated the car was available an she would have it pulled out for me to view and test drive. Arrive at the dealership and they stated that she was not in yet. They give me another salesman who promptly showed me a lower model of the car. When I stated that wasn't the same car. He along with a manger go look for the car. Come back 2 minutes later and stated the car was previously sold and they did not know why it was still on the web site, which it is still on today four later. I get up and said to my wife let's go. As I leave the manger comes out and tries to give me a lower model to look at. I don't like having my time wasted. They knew the car wasn't available and could have called and stated such. Instead they play games to get you into the dealership. Simple bait and switch.

This dealer was super helpful! They were easy to chat with and really wanted to help me find the car I was looking for.

Reached out through CarGurus interested in this vehicle. One person immediately scheduled an appointment for me to see it. Another person then contacted me and told me it was in the shop and I might not be able to see it during that scheduled time and had no ETA of when it would be done in the shop. So I was left waiting and given no other option after asking for a status update multiple time. Only to then be updated that someone else had reached out and decided to move forward with the car and that it wouldn’t be available to me unless that person fell through. I was very interested in purchasing the car but they didn’t make me aware that I could apply for financing and that would mean the car would be mine if I wanted it. Then I asked if they put a deposit down on it and they said no they don’t take deposits. I wasn’t even made aware that there was any way to move forward and then just got told the car was basically gone. Not happy with the costumer service they provided. Beware!

Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place
