I would consider this dealership my absolute last resort when it comes to purchasing a car. Throughout the process, I spoke with the sales representative and the sales manager, but no one could provide a clear and consistent update on the status of the car. It was a constant cycle of excuses regarding the car not being ready for a test drive and purchase. When I finally got the opportunity to purchase the car, I was shocked to find it in a totally dirty state. The car was filthy, and it wasn't even aligned properly. Two days later, I had to drive two hours back to the dealership to have it serviced again, and despite my complaints, they still did not clean the dirty car they had sold me. The steering wheel was so dirty that my hands felt sticky just touching it! I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering purchasing a car. This dealership’s service has been nothing short of frustrating!
