The current organizational structure lacks sufficient structure. It is imperative to instruct sales personnel to refrain from aggressive or raised voices when interacting with customers. Other than not having the titles after waiting 9 days it was just a lot.

Called on the car on Saturday Left message that I wanted the car . I only had a question about the car? I waited until 10 am on Monday to hear from the dealer. I then called them and to my surprise they said it was sold a hour before ( I ) called. I will never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone.
