Yesterday I had went to Cowboy Dodge for an appointment with Gerardo to look at a couple vehicles. The original vehicle that I went for had already sold first thing so I had a couple others I wanted to look at, one being a 2017 Jeep and other being my own mom's old vehicle, a 2019 Hyundai. After test driving only the Jeep i decided I wanted the Jeep. I figured since I had already driven the Hyundai across the country a few times that I didn't need to test drive it. Gerardo was once again fantastic to deal with and made the buying process fast and easy to complete. He is he very professional, honest and knowledgeable. There was only one big problem when they ran my credit my score went down 15 points and it says it won't fall off for 2 years he didn't mention that when he asked if he could run it that seems like a lot

I put in a thing to a car on look at a car the Sale-man was rude over text and I ask him if we can get this car role by doing the paper work on line and he said no had to be in person but I’m out of town right now and I see why you review are horrible and your sell guy are soo rude
