Marcus was quick to respond, however he seemed new and didn't listen to what I was asking of him. Didn't feel like he cared about anything else but getting a sale.

There was very little communication once i expressed my interest in a vehicle. Also, it was advertised about $2k cheaper on CarGuru and other sources such as Edmunds and when i mentioned it to the sales person/manager the sticker price of the vehicle jumped up to 54,800. Felt like a bait and switch tactic to me. Sad part is that i REALLY wanted this Truck but I was not comfortable doing business with a person/dealership who's communication was poor (not responding promptly, not answering specific questions, & confusing our discussions/negotiations with another potential customer) and prices of vehicle magically change once you express your interest in it.

Dealer responded in a timely manner. And they were able to send the “out the door” price of the vehicle via message.

The salesman was very responsive and accommodating with pictures and videos of the vehicle.
