Good salesman, worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Here is what I said to their auto generated response to my other review: I received your auto response to my review. Run me. I am not some illiterate deadbeat who doesn’t pay his bills, and I am not some kid buying a car for the first time. I’m a 51 year old adult who expected when he spent $24000 in cash at your dealership to be taken care of. The car you sold me had safety defects you should have addressed. I was at your dealership for hours, since you couldn’t wrangle an employee to take my money, so I saw how it runs: poorly. When I called, the manager I spoke to tried to “big dog” me and sidestep responsibility instead of apologizing and offering to fix it. He promised to address the lack of information about the oil change mileage and buy me some gas for having to drive all the way back to Russ Darrow. Neither were offered. I would never refer your dealership unless I heard that management had all been replaced.

Overall good experience

The car salesman was great laid back not pushy . But once we got the financing done through ecu a came back with the check we waited almost two hours for them to complete there paperwork and finish up which should have already been done while we were gone . All we should have done is come in and signed the papers a left but not the case . We also asked for the headliner to be cleaned in one stop and they couldn’t even do that they forgot . I wasn’t about to wait around longer while they did that . They offered for me to come back in to get it cleaned which is a 45 minute drive no thank you . But again the sales guy was great laid back not pushy which I appreciate . Again dealerships in general can improve on time customers have to spend at dealerships

Knew nothing of the accident that the vehicle was in and had no idea about the hole in the muffler had no idea about the shifting code lit up on dash. Will never go there again

I got a quick response from this dealer, and I am still in negotiations on a purchase

Had to schedule an appointment to come check the vehicle out. just to waste my time showing up and no follow up phone call letting me know the vehicle was sold
