Horrible experience thus far. They sold us a "certified pre owned" vehicle, theoretically with a 100+ point inspection and extended warranty. Within hours of driving this car off the lot the clutch had a catastrophic failure and had to be towed to another Jeep dealer closer to home. The dealer where we had it towed informed us that there was an outstanding recall on this car due to the clutch being defective. Hollywood certified the car without fixing the known recall from 2023. Still working to resolve. The dealership has been totally unresponsive thus far to numerous attempts to speak with the general manager including two voicemails, a message left with his assistant, an email, and a call to Jeep Corporate customer service. Still waiting to hear back so we can resolve this problem. Someone at the dealership even attempted to lie to the corporate customers service people that we had been informed regarding the recall and bought the car anyway. Complete and utter lie.

My experience at Margate Arrigo was very satisfying. My salesman Mike was very informative about the vehicle I purchased. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I highly recommended Arrigo from Margate to all my friends. Thank you Arrigo!

After receiving the confirmation of the availability and the price on 3 cars listed online , I drove there to try to close the deal. Immediately once inside ( as experienced from other customers according to what I read in the reviews ) none of the three cars with apparently very good price was available and so I was offered a lower trim one on which were added more than $17000 on top of the advertised price (ridiculous fees) I was shocked. Although the salesman Juan seemed to me a good person , unfortunately I can't say I thought the same about the manager who, presenting himself in a haughty way, began to shoot an infinite series of numbers on a sheet with the intention (according to him) of teaching me how a lease works and ending up saying that I was in the wrong dealership.I definitely was, don’t waste your time there , they lie from the start to the end disrespecting you trying to take advantage in any possible way if you are not well informed
