The dealer initially had a reasonable price for the car. After the tariff announcement they suddenly raised their prices. Not good business sense, up by almost 5000.00. I would stay awayvfrom them.

Horrible experience thus far. They sold us a "certified pre owned" vehicle, theoretically with a 100+ point inspection and extended warranty. Within hours of driving this car off the lot the clutch had a catastrophic failure and had to be towed to another Jeep dealer closer to home. The dealer where we had it towed informed us that there was an outstanding recall on this car due to the clutch being defective. Hollywood certified the car without fixing the known recall from 2023. Still working to resolve. The dealership has been totally unresponsive thus far to numerous attempts to speak with the general manager including two voicemails, a message left with his assistant, an email, and a call to Jeep Corporate customer service. Still waiting to hear back so we can resolve this problem. Someone at the dealership even attempted to lie to the corporate customers service people that we had been informed regarding the recall and bought the car anyway. Complete and utter lie.

I told them I was interested but wanted to come see the vehicle without pressure of buying "Today" The sales rep was very nice, no pressure but worked hard to go over details of the vehicle and then the $money or deal. I told him I was not making a final decision today and he tried to persuade me to do it, but no pressure. He showed me the vehicle and we took a short test ride. He was considerate and polite. Put the pricing down to add a bunch of unnecessary fees to get it above market price. Then called me to offer me a car that was over my given budget. Like bffr

Very attentive

I sent an email with the stock number of the vehicle listed. Once I got a reply it was the same vehicle but 30k over the price listed. I then received an email in total disregards about the price not being what they had listed. They kept send me the same email asking if I needed anything to reach out. Place sounds like a SCAM!
