Dealership and sales team were very responsive.

The staff was courteous enough and the vehicle was ready and clean and priced fairly. The amount they offered on my trade was a joke and the salesman advised I sell it on my own, which I did for, four and a half times what they offered. Also the warranty they gave me a on a $36+k vehicle was a bad joke. 15 days or 500 miles. I bought a half wore out Chevy truck from a Chevy dealer years back and got a 3 month or 3000 miles warranty. All and all nice truck honestly described

Everything was as promised which is rare

I was working with a sales person, we had a couple calls over two days. I was approved for financing with one of my banks, I expressed my interest in moving forewarn with the purchase. Then the communication stopped, and within hours, the vehicle had been marked sold. I never heard back from them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

"Some cosmetic damage" was listed in the ad. However, it was hidden by the photos shared on the website. I drove 2 hours to look at this vehicle; the entire driver's side fender was cracked and had significant damage. When I asked about repairs, the manager very quickly responded no, we won't do that. His justification was it's already priced "low" and he'd be losing money. I don't feel the dealership was very transparent with the amount of damage that was actually on this vehicle. This was far beyond a minor scratch or small ding.

Had a great experience with this dealership. My sales consultant Mark Lappin was amazing he wasn’t pushy and demanding like a lot of dealers I have dealt with in the past.
