Buyer beware , this places is only out for themselves, they a crooks , sent me the deal on the truck , after review I agreed to it even with a 800 low jack fee (1st Red Flag) , finance manager called me he stated they had to put a warranty on the truck was the only way he could sale it(2nd Red Flag) because they were loosing money on deal (3rd Red Flag) and needed to make it up somewhere (4th Red Flag) the quote I received I was told was AI and was no good(5th), staff was very disrespectful tried to talk me into a deal were I was financing over 25k , after advising them I did not wont the Warranty staff advised for me to do the deal and call back in 2 months and cancel it and the would refund my money(6,7,8,9,10th Red Flag), something about this does not add up , I work in the automotive field buying , selling and repairs. just be aware I hate to see anyone done wrong , O!! yes by the way I was told if I did not wont to do this deal it was fine by them and hung up the phone .

I bought the car based on Cargurus listed price of $21,577 on Jan 9, 2026. Next day the price listed on Cargurus was lower by $300 to $21,277. I went to the dealer and requested to honor the new price on Cargurus and refund $300. The Manager refused to honor the new price listed on Cargurus. Additionally, day after purchased a warning sign appeared on dashboard that the car service is overdue by 81 days. Before selling the car, they should have checked and make sure that the service and inspection is complete. I went to the dealer again and showed them the warning sign on dashboard. The dealer just reset it to waive the warning sign without any service which the was there on the dashboard. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.

They are slack about updating their inventory online and then when they don’t have the vehicle that you were looking at that they have advertised, they will harass you multiple time per day with calls, text messages, and emails. If negative star rating were possible I would give them that.

Was able to make an appointment and visit the dealership to take delivery on the 2026 RAM 1500 Tungsten with little effort. This was an hour plus drive one-way and they made sure it was not a wasted trip for me.

Terrance was very professional and informative about the car and process. I just took too long to move forward and the car was sold the same day.

It was a wonderful experience with buying a car from John Hiester. They help service you and get you into the car that you actually want and will not give up until they do. Everything is priced and they will negotiate to provide the best service for you as the customer overall a great place with amazing people. Financing was very smooth selling, and they also answered any questions that was needing to be answered.
