Jeep dealerships near me (Auburn, WA)

This was one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I’ve had. I came to see a 2020 Tesla Model 3 listed as AWD, but it was actually RWD, which is a major difference and felt misleading. The car was also poorly detailed, with crumbs, coins, and even listing photos showing leftover trash and a car seat. The car drove fine, but the pricing was worse. It was listed at $20,488, but jumped to over $30,000 with nearly $6,000 in add-ons that felt unreasonable for a six-year-old vehicle. When I declined, the finance manager said, “Did you even come here with the intention of making a deal?” which was disrespectful. He had just asked for a positive review and claimed they were improving customer service, which is hard to believe. I’d strongly advise others to be cautious dealing with this dealership.

I had inquired about the Lexus GS350 in their inventory, which I was interested in, but it had already been sold. The salesman contacted me, and I told them about the exact car I was looking for. They will notify me if they get another in the inventory.

I went to test drive the car and it was not in good shape. I said I would be open to looking at another car and they just left me sitting at the desk for an hour. So I thanked my sales person and left. They tried to stop me from leaving the lot very unprofessional. We bought another car the same evening. They really just wasted my time. I will never buy from them ever.

I would highly recommend shopping there. If we finally decide that we want a Hyundai I will definitely try to buy it at Seattle Hyundai

I have NEVER had a more POSITIVE experience with an auto dealer. In fact, we nearly purchased a car from another dealer, with a really large, really pretty dealership, but that experience was really no fun. Campbell Auto Group was EXCEPTIONAL!
