Employee who I had been talking with via text, was to have her boss pull vehicles and have them available. When I arrived he was too busy, other staff told to assist me. The female staff member was clueless, didn’t even know what part of the lot the equinoxes were at. When I asked if the ones I had inquired about were pulled and ready, she stated no. She told me it would take 30 mins or so.

Kelly Bader reached out to me and was friendly, professional and extremely accommodating with showing me the vehicle remotely in more detail. We weren’t able to come to an agreement on numbers for this deal, but I will absolutely consider trying them on another vehicle again in the future.

My wife and I test drove this vehicle on a Sunday evening. We went home to talk about it and on Monday decided to purchase it, called the sales woman and they accepted our offer. Due to work circumstances we could not get back to the dealership until five days later, and asked to have them hold it with a deposit and knowledge we intended to pay the full amount on pick up. Anyway,… that was too much of a deal breaker for them. They refused to hold it beyond 24 hours, telling us to call back on Friday and if it was still there then they would hold it until Saturday. This would have been the perfect car for out graduating college student daughter, and it was the first on we looked at. Instead we have opted to expand our search and Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue will not be on our list of places to consider.

I've dealt with this dealership in the past with several different F150s. Doug of Nissan in Bellevue is a great salesman. The dealer is unwilling to make minor adjustments to the deals. This is probably due to the General Manager, not Doug's fault. Usually, one key with no spare (that needs replacement), price negotiation is a bit tougher here and overall wait time to make a deal is not sufficient. The wait time is the big reason that all the deals fell through. The dealer should deal with one customer at a time, not 4 or 5 while finishing another deal.

I inquired about a vehicle via CarGurus messaging and received a very fast response from Aleks D. Not only did he communicate and answer all of my questions, he even made some personalized videos of the car for me. Unfortunately, it appears that we are too far apart from what the dealer is asking and what i am willing to pay, but that is life and I can't knock them for that. If I win a few more bucks at the racetrack or finances change, I will definitely be hitting them up again! -Steve
