Overall the way I can describe this dealership would be like this. If you are going to buy a used vehicle just go somewhere else especially if its not a Hyundai because they will try their hardest to sell you one of their newer vehicles instead of the one you inquiring about. However the staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have solid 4 star dealership

Their project seemed to be to offer me as little as possible for my trade in and maximize the price and ‘fees’ of the car they were selling me. Of course, their project was not compatible to mine, which was to get a fair price on both vehicles. At first, they lowballed me on the trade in, until I showed them my CarMax written offer. They then claimed they had to charge me a $998 processing fee, which I disagreed with.

After driving an hour to get there, the salesperson was 20 minutes late, no apology, and when he brought the car around the AC didn’t work. They never checked it beforehand.

It’s a nice dealership, they get in-touch really quick and they seemed very helpful! I decided not to buy, so I can’t talk to the buying experience but they seem nice.
