Hyundai dealerships near me (Ventura, CA)

I had an initial phone call with a salesperson discussing two cars and I was asked to fill out a financing qualifying form--which I did that day--3 days ago. Since then the dealership has raised the price on one of the cars by 10% and the only communication I have had from the salesperson is an email that "they are real busy right now". A curious way to run a car sales business
