Promised things like fixing seat of car and giving a key and has not and fixing paint and didnt

They bit my credit score , they said that , they wotk with low credit score. This is not real, is like a whipe. Mareting policy as well as fully trapped, they asking 30% down payment and also 25% APR. which one make a car price 2.5 times. It's not customer friendly.

I was looking for a mid-size hybrid sedan. Saw a vehicle the dealer had listed on cargurus.com, it was an excellent price & had the upscale limited package I was interested in. I went through the site & received an email immediately & reached the salesperson, Evie,. She was readily available that day, but I went in the following morning. During the purchase I was offered the dealer options, but not with any pushy or hard-sales tactic. The car was ready for the test drive. Didn't have someone to drive my old car home, the dealer provided transportation for me to come back & drive the new car home. When I came back to pick-up the car, it was washed & serviced. I cannot say I had the same pleasant experience at the Toyota & Nissan dealerships, I went to before Hyundai. This dealership is really outstanding & made me feel that my satisfaction was their #1 priority. Evie listened to my requests & had the nicest disposition, she went above & beyond! Love my new Sonata Limited Hybrid!

I drove 2and a half hours to buy a car from them. I introduced my self to the sales manager I had been communicating with on the phone , he said maybe 5 words to me before to turning me over to a young girl to show me the car and had no idea what was going on. Unfortunately the car roof was damaged and I had asked for the sales manager to assist me and the young girl when to get a different one how didn’t even bother to get up at of his seat to speak with me. I told the girl to ask if he could lower the car price so I could get the roof repaired , he said 240 was the best he could do. I then asked to speak to him in person he still was setting at his deck. My son in law went in and said is there anything you can do and the guy said no. The original sales manager texted me the next day and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the car. No thank you . Poor customer Service, very unprofessional. Be aware of what you buy there .
