The best experience and professionalism I've experience with any dealership they were helpful curtious and it all made for a great experience

Dealership did not have the car ready the week and and half I waited. When I got the call the car was ready I made a quick decision to go since they said it was a sought after car and it was first come first serve. Once I arrived the vehicle was not actually ready. Unable to go for a test drive but I could purchase it without driving it since it still had to go to the shop. Very disappointing.

The salesman told me he would not accept any pre-approvals from car gurus or credit unions for this car. So I looked into finacing through them and the best they could offer me was double what I was pre approved for. The car salesman with the fake teeth repeatedly lied to me he is an absolute crook. Watch out for this place. They live up to all the typical stereotypes of shady car salesman.

Had a great experience with our salesperson, Randy. He went above and beyond to tailor our transaction based on everything we wanted and needed. He’s a great person and ambassador for Vacaville Hyundai. The paperwork portion of the purchase was fast and easy, too. Thanks!

We bought a CPO from this dealership, and everything was excellent, even when we closed the deal with Gabe and Mike. Upon coming home, we are missing a home charger and rim lock. Not only did we have additional questions about the warranty we bought. I sent emails for about a week, then two weeks, and now three weeks, and still no answer. Spoke with Alan and even forwarded the email over to him, but now nothing. They did mail us our charger, but would not resolve the rim lock issue, because if I need to change tires on this car, I can't, and they are not taking responsibility for that, even though waiting for answers to my email has not been possible. This makes anyone question a dealership's after-sales service. One thing that also amazes me is that they try to blame us for missing the vehicle's rim lock. Tripled check the car and nothing and they want us to pay for it to be replaced. disappointing experience.
