Great follow ups

I've written and deleted this review a few times. Then I read others reviews commenting on Hyundai's "bait and switch" issue. It's true, unfortunately. The Camry was advertised at $30,500 which was a good deal. When we got there (we live in San Diego), there's another $5900 in add ons! Yes, seriously, $5900!! Only when we were in our car ready to leave after a couple of hours of going back and forth, did the "owner" remove the add ons and wanted to make the sale. We declined. It was a waste of our time, it leaves a sour taste for Hyundai, and absolutely nothing was accomplished by Hyundai. Suggestion: Please reconsider your standards.

They responded very quick and Lyla was very helpful with their selection trying to find me the right vehicle for me. Unfortunately it just did not work out. The vehicles I looked at and the one I test drove was not the right one for me. Overall it was a very good experience with their staff.

Drive 2 hrs to see vehicle ready to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy. Didn’t look like the picture posted. The salesman couldn’t answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Very dissatisfied and waste of time.

Dealer gave me a good deal on this Jetta and a fair price on my trade in. I recommend this dealership and auto group for a pleasant buying experience

Metro Hyundai was very helpful and forthcoming with information. Marcus, my salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If he didnt know the answer to one of my questions, he was quick to say so and quick to be resourceful and find an answer for me. I cannot say enough of what a good experience I had during the process, with Marcus and Metro Hyundai.

I drove 2and a half hours to buy a car from them. I introduced my self to the sales manager I had been communicating with on the phone , he said maybe 5 words to me before to turning me over to a young girl to show me the car and had no idea what was going on. Unfortunately the car roof was damaged and I had asked for the sales manager to assist me and the young girl when to get a different one how didn’t even bother to get up at of his seat to speak with me. I told the girl to ask if he could lower the car price so I could get the roof repaired , he said 240 was the best he could do. I then asked to speak to him in person he still was setting at his deck. My son in law went in and said is there anything you can do and the guy said no. The original sales manager texted me the next day and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the car. No thank you . Poor customer Service, very unprofessional. Be aware of what you buy there .

The Sales Representative called Ravi, he is professional and expert to handle customer inquiries and more kind as well as more patient and guided me in order to get my car & he serve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jose and Favio they are expert as well and guide me in professional way to finalize the deal. Other than them letting another person try to buy the truck when we were already in process they were pretty easy to work with. Just seemed a little shady in stead of being honest with the other family they let them think there was a possibility they could have it/ and us a possibility we weren’t going to get it
