Hyundai dealerships near me (Lexington Park, MD)

The staff was not very helpful at all. They called me about two times to see was I coming in? I told them the exact time I was coming in and got there at the exact time and they were busy with other customers that made us feel like second class citizens did not like the vehicle and the staff didn’t even do anything to try to show me any other vehicle vehicles we just left disappointed with this dealership

I contacted the dealership to see if a specific model was still available. A salesperson returned my request without confirming if the vehicle was still available and just invited me to make an appointment. I live pretty far from the dealership and wanted to confirm it was still in stock before I travelled the distance. Next, they sent me a video of an entirely different unit. After this, I replied that I was no longer interested in doing business with their establishment because I still hadn't gotten my initial question answered and was sent info on a different unit. I bought a unit from a different organization that could answer my questions.

They never replied to my email…

Annapolis Hyundai was top notch. My sale rep (Ryon) was amazing and Rob (Manager of the Used Car Division) was even more amazing. Top notch - fully transparent and no pressure up sales (they have options but don't make you feel like your being pressured. If you decline, then the conversation just moves on). Thank you for being real people with real results!!!
