Made appointment, car sold before my appointment. No communication until day before appointment. I had to tell the staff that the car had sold already. They did their best to try to push me to another vehicle. Ended up looking elsewhere.

Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

Online it’s said the car was certified pre owned. Once they shows us the numbers it turns out it was certified ELIGIBLE! $2500 for the cert… shady tactics
