Hyundai dealerships near me (Fredericksburg, VA)

Couldn't get a human to respond to texts or phone calls. Not worth the aggravation

After driving an hour to get there, the salesperson was 20 minutes late, no apology, and when he brought the car around the AC didn’t work. They never checked it beforehand.

Called twice and spoke with salesperson requesting out the door pricing, never received any info. Sent message twice on web page requesting out the door pricing, never received anything or a response on web page

The staff was not very helpful at all. They called me about two times to see was I coming in? I told them the exact time I was coming in and got there at the exact time and they were busy with other customers that made us feel like second class citizens did not like the vehicle and the staff didn’t even do anything to try to show me any other vehicle vehicles we just left disappointed with this dealership

I contacted the dealership to see if a specific model was still available. A salesperson returned my request without confirming if the vehicle was still available and just invited me to make an appointment. I live pretty far from the dealership and wanted to confirm it was still in stock before I travelled the distance. Next, they sent me a video of an entirely different unit. After this, I replied that I was no longer interested in doing business with their establishment because I still hadn't gotten my initial question answered and was sent info on a different unit. I bought a unit from a different organization that could answer my questions.

The.car picture and the actual condition doesn’t match . They only want to sell put customers in risk.

Literally THE best dealership experience I've ever had, from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly helpful (Joseph and Bruno) and absolute Rockstar. They have followed up with me for up to 2 weeks after my purchase to make sure everything is going well and the process of buying the car was so smooth and transparent. 10/10 recommend this dealership!
