Amazing service! Car was true to all listed!!! They allowed me to apply a hold deposit and I changed my mind and they returned the deposit!!! only because I found a better deal! Great dealership!!!

I went to the dealership to look at the car. But a young lady was taking it for a test drive. Well needless to say.She bought it. But the salesman,Frank told me about a 2023 Tucson SEL. I wanted a red car .Both cars were red after looking at the other car and going back and forth a few times. We were able to come a deal for my car and the new one. I am very happy with my new car. It’s nice when you get what you want .

I went to Castle Hyundai of Downers Grove expecting honesty and transparency. Instead, I experienced blatant misrepresentation. The sales staff assured me that the vehicle was a “non-smoker car.” That statement turned out to be completely false. The moment I spent time inside the car, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was obvious. It wasn’t faint or questionable; it was clearly a vehicle that had been smoked in. Either the dealership failed to inspect the vehicle properly, or they knowingly lied just to make a sale. When you are spending thousands of dollars on a car, honesty about something as basic as the condition of the interior should not be optional. The smell of smoke is extremely difficult to remove and significantly affects the value and enjoyment of the vehicle. Misrepresenting something so obvious shows a serious lack of integrity. This experience left me feeling that the dealership is more focused on closing deals than being truthful with customers.

Had a very nice and pleasant experience at the dealership. I was taken care by Brad, he was very nice, welcoming and humble to me, did not waste my time at all, he is well spoken and purely professional made me very comfortable. Unfortunately we couldnt strike a deal, the margin was very thin, just a 1000 bucks, i literally was hoping that i ll get a call back with an offer that i wont be able to pass but thats ok i have no hard feelings, it is what it is.. i am in search of a SUV for a couple of months now and i ve been to couple of dealerships in this regard, i can easily say that my experience with this dealership was one of the best if make a list of my top 3 dealerships.. Thank you guys, hope we may make a deal sometime in future.. Best of luck
