They never had the car that was listed for a good price, it was a scam, they just wasted my time. When I got there they show me a totally diferent and more expensive car.

I drove 2and a half hours to buy a car from them. I introduced my self to the sales manager I had been communicating with on the phone , he said maybe 5 words to me before to turning me over to a young girl to show me the car and had no idea what was going on. Unfortunately the car roof was damaged and I had asked for the sales manager to assist me and the young girl when to get a different one how didn’t even bother to get up at of his seat to speak with me. I told the girl to ask if he could lower the car price so I could get the roof repaired , he said 240 was the best he could do. I then asked to speak to him in person he still was setting at his deck. My son in law went in and said is there anything you can do and the guy said no. The original sales manager texted me the next day and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the car. No thank you . Poor customer Service, very unprofessional. Be aware of what you buy there .

I got a used car in excellent condition. The financing process was a little tricky because I came in with my own lender, and that made the process clunky. I worked with Justin, he was quick to respond to all of my messages and helped me along the way.

Don’t know if it was available. Katrina was horrible. Never got back to us

I recently contacted them regarding a Ford 150 Raptor, that was listed substantially over market average. When I questioned the inflated price for a car with such high miles and no options, I was informed that I know "nothing about the market", despite giving him a dozen examples of similar/better vehicles in the area for much lower prices. I offered them a fair market price for the vehicle, and they absolutely refused to negotiate or discuss their inflated price (as evidenced by their “overpriced” flags on the car on Cargurus, as well as other websites). they had a complete unwillingness to even have a discussion about finding a fair price for the vehicle. This conversation happened over the course of serveral days, and not once did they offer to discuss a better price.
