Hyundai dealerships near me (Chino Hills, CA)

Arrived to see a Lexus RX. It had the following conditions which were not disclosed in listing: 1. Very large crack in windshield (dealer said they would replace, but they should have replaced before putting it on sale) 2. Active oil leak that my mechanic's inspection revealed (dealer claimed that the oil was residual oil due to replacing an oil pan; however, my mechanic's inspection was pretty detailed and he mentioned that this was an active leak. The dealer could be correct; however, one can't take that chance with a used vehicle.) 3. Tire tread was just a fraction above allowable limits. Due to the level of the tires being lower than what I would consider normal, I would have mentioned this in the listing or just avoided it all by replacing tires first. I have a strict 'no-leaks' policy on used vehicles; so, regardless of how the oil was dripping, I was not going to buy that car. I spent a lot of time and money going there and inspecting the car. I won't be revisiting.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hyundai of Ontario, from our initial inquiry to driving away in our 2024 Hyundai Tucson! Casey was very responsive to our inquiry, and Lawrence, our salesperson, was amazing! He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, not pushy at all. He made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The Tucson was exactly as described in the ad—clean, pristine, and in excellent condition. We also appreciated the straightforward pricing and not having to go back and forth negotiating. Brian, in Finance, was great. We were in and out in about 2½ hours, which was fantastic! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Hyundai of Ontario. If you’re looking for a Hyundai, ask for Lawrence. He truly made our car-buying experience a great one! ❤️🚙

Over text message to a salesman I asked for an itemized price sheet to see the out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in which was listed for around $31000. I live a 2 hour and 15 minute drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to know how much the true cost of the vehicle would be before I made the trip. About 6 hrs after I sent the text the salesman text back, “The out the door price is easy to calculate.” Then wrote the price which I don’t remember exactly but it was above $40,000 for the vehicle. So somehow this person made the vehicle an, “easy” $9000 more than the listed price, and never sent me an itemized price sheet. How ridiculous is this?

Your photographer needs to not photoshop/filter your photos. Car looked in excellent shape in photos but less then fair shape in real life.

Called and spoke to two “salespeople” and both confirmed the car we wanted was available. Went to drive it with the intent to buy it and were told that the car was not available as it was still in Recon. Such horrible communication and probably just another sleazy attempt to get someone in to try to sell them something else. Left right away and told them that I would never be back and would always tell anyone to never go there. So if you’re reading this, do not go there unless you like sleazy dudes. They don’t even deserve one star, just no option for that.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I drove the car and I am making a decison soon.

Horrible customer service. We wanted to finance with our bank because we had a set price that we were comfortable with. They told us, that our bank would not cover the whole loan because unbeknownst to us, they had included $5000 worth of add ons that we were unaware of and had not applied them to the loan. They tried getting us to finance with them so the $5000 fees would be included. We asked them what was their interest rate and the salesman said it was better than the rate we got with our bank, but that wasn’t true. So then he said he would be able to match the rate we got with our bank. The monthly payment our bank gave us was $436. The monthly rate they gave us through them was $534. Almost $100 difference. We asked them for a breakdown of the add ons and asked if they could take some off. The salesman said he would talk with his manager, see what he could do and call us back. He never called us back. I’m glad we didn’t make the 2 hr drive and waste our time with them.
