Son in law bought car on a Saturday, one week later ,still hasn't been ready for pickup . I was with him during the whole transaction

Dealer ship not truthful about advertised vehicle. Picture on CarGurus is not the actual vehicle. Actual vehicle is in horrible condition, the exterior looked like someone took a brillo pad and scrubbed it. Dealership advertised vehicle having a sunroof/moonroof, vehicle does not have a sunroof. I drove 1 hour each way to see this vehicle and very very disappointed.

I had a great experience with McGovern from beginning to end. Staffs were great, highly recommend that dealer if you’re looking to purchase a car.

Communication lacking, not full transparency on car condition. Car had a few dents and water in the head lights found after left the lot. Difficult to talk to someone to know when car was ready for pick up. Warranty added with full communication
