Hyundai dealerships near me (Cedar Park, TX)

This was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership, from the sales person to the sales manager....in my opinion the salesperson was very deceiving on our all day text messages agreeing pretty much to what I wanted, but when I talked to him on the phone and said I would be in the next day to purchase he completely backtracked on earlier messages...It was fine if they didn't want to do my deal, but he should have been upfront at the beginning and not wasted all my time and HIS. When I talked over the phone to the Sales Manager he did not see anything wrong with his salesperson's deceiving texts that I read back to him. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership as I have purchased many cars and never been mislead so much.

Hyundai reaching out and their willingness to help, was non existent. Unfortunately, after working with Brian and Elle, I left feeling like there wasn’t much effort to earn my business. The numbers presented and the overall experience gave me the impression that there wasn’t much flexibility, so I’ve decided to continue my search elsewhere. I was ready to buy, but I also need to feel confident that I’m being treated fairly and transparently. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out, and I wish you and your team the best.

Carlos Aguilar was quick to respond initially. However, after I submitted a serious OTD offer, he chose not to take it to management or provide a counteroffer and ended the conversation. At that point, I was no longer interested in pursuing the vehicle. I would have preferred a more professional effort to present the offer to management before closing the door.

Communication is bad. I was upfront with what I want on specific car they have it on the lot. The salesperson couldn't get any numbers. He called thrice and didn't even remember what I want all three times.

Drove an hour one way to look at a vehicle I was told was still available. When I got there they tell me it sold days ago. Still currently showing online for sale.
