The salesman was new to the job and had to keep checking with his trainer. The manager was not very professional. Kept being interrupted by his wife on the phone.

We took the vehicle to get inspected by a third party mechanic. Found out the vehicle has issues with the tie rod ends and the bushings, and the steering column bushings resulting in $3500 to repair it. The mechanic said it needed to be fixed to be safe to drive. The dealership tried to gas light me saying it was safe because it wasn’t leaking and the play in the tie rod and steering column is okay. This dealership then said they wouldn’t tell anyone else about the issues with the vehicle because they weren’t required to.
