Amazing experience start to finish. Dan is an incredibly nice guy, and seemed to truly care both about the vehicles he is selling, and the buyers experience. The car was exactly as described. He made the experience of buying a pre-owned car for our daughter seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible! The owners son Alex or any dirivitive of this name is as shady as a 300 year old giant oak tree. He called me, knew my name but within seconds he realized he was dealing with a knowledgeable veteran of this business, the caller id said South Weymouth & so I took the call. They won't haggle for cash, & still have the car now almost 5 weeks ago now. Terrible reviews with many mentioning this Alex Alecj Aleck, there's only one son w that name. Definitely do not even bother with this shady used call dealership & read the reviews.

Although the desired vehicle was already sold the staff was very nice and quickly let me know the car was no longer available. I hope to find a car there soon.

I originally inquired through CarGurus and never received a response. I then called directly and spoke with Phil, who confirmed the vehicle was available and scheduled a test drive for the following Saturday. He asked me to text photos and the VIN of my current vehicle for trade-in purposes, which I did. A few days later I followed up via text to see if they were interested in my trade. I never received a response. No one confirmed my test drive appointment, and when Saturday came and went, no one followed up to ask why I didn’t show. I see this dealership has great reviews, so maybe this was just an isolated experience but from my perspective the communication was nonexistent. It’s very frustrating when you’re a serious buyer and can’t get basic follow up. Maybe they just really enjoy looking at this car and decided it’s better suited for display than actually being sold.
