I called ahead of time to verify that the vehicle was in the condition as described online. Not perfect, maybe with some minor dents and scratches, but in good condition otherwise. After driving an hour and 20 minutes, the salesman tells me that the passenger door does not open. This was after having supposedly conducted an inspection. Long story short, I did not feel that they were transparent and honest with their listing or communications. So I don’t think I would be confident to purchase a vehicle here. Maybe you will have better luck.

I talked with several people at the dealership about the car several times during the day I was told that the car was still available and to come in at 4 pm when I came in AJ was helpful in the beginning but then took another customer he was very nice at first but when my insurance agent took a long time he became a little irritated and constantly asked me how long it would take he stated that the car had a broken tie rod which upon further inspection was not the case I realize that these are sales people and not mechanics he did give me a good price on the car but in the future please don’t take on other customers during that time I realize that this wasn’t a lot of money in all the people at Todd Wenzel are very good at what they do but as with. Us all there’s room for improvement
