Honest guy

Made appointment to test drive a '24 used vehicle, received multiple dealer confirmations of appointment for w/this vehicle, including day of. Arrived at dealership, salesperson greeted me, & said "Bad news. The vehicle you asked about sold last night" ...then went on about "it's a popular model" etc. Meanwhile, I'm wondering, why not call me & let me know Before I drove here?! Plus that sinking feeling of a looming bait & switch operation happening. Salesperson then offered different, year older vehicle- a '23, wait for it...at almost Exact same price point as the newer '24 model I'd originally asked about. I still test drove '23 model because my time was already wasted driving to & from the dealership. We walked out to the '23 & immediately upon opening the door, stale cigarrette smoke smell poured out. It was so strong it made me nauseous, and after approx 20 min test drive, smoke smell saturated my clothes & hair, reeking. I had to wash everything once home. Disappointing :/
