I expressed interest in a CRV. The dealer said they will call me back, they never did. I subsequently called again, and was told someone will call me back regarding pricing. I never heard back from them a second time.

0 Stars !!!!!!.....This place is a joke , I was trying to purchase a car from out of state , they told me that it wouldn't be an issue, literally 20 phone calls later I still cannot complete the purchase.... I can't get sales people to call me back , managers to call me back.... I requested a breakdown invoice to be sent to me and a walk around video of the car , nothing !!!!!.... The absolute worst car dealer I've ever dealt with.... I couldn't even imagine the headache if I would have bought the car there and had a problem with it , they need to train their people to have better communication skills and to have a touch of humanity so they can treat people with courtesy and respect.

I would like to thank Anthony and Everett, two amazing sales men here. Everett greeted us and was super helpful and very honest, which was really appreciated. Anthony stepped in and we duked it out in negotiations but with the help of Anthony and Everett working together we came to an agreement that I think we were all happy with. Anthony was very professional and he drove a hard bargain, but it was always a pleasant experience dealing with him. My family and I would like to thank you for making a deal with us.
