Honda dealerships near me (San Bernardino, CA)

Went to see this car the day it was advertised was not ready for showing, was told it would be ready in 3 days. Tried to schedule a test drive never got one. They should not advertise until it’s ready.

I went to this dealership to purchase a car advertised for $31,212. The sales agents told me the car had “dealer added options” priced at over four thousand dollars. Including taxes and registration, the purchase price went up to $38,000. They wouldn’t budge on the price so I left. On my way out of the building I could hear the sales agent calling me a loser. I’m not saying anyone else will have a similar experience but it was definitely mine.

Great communication, however once out the door price had been obtained and they were asked about negotiating a different price all communication ceased

The Internet sales department contacted immediately after I called them. They responded with a written certificate that stated the exact price and terms of the agreement that I had wanted. I arrived at my agreed appointment time on 12/31/24. They explained all the certificate discounts and documents. They honored everything on the written certificate and did not try to upsell on items I stated in writing and verbally that I wasn't willing to pay extra. This was by far the simplest and least stressful experience I have ever had when dealing with a dealership. Highly recommend this dealership and their sales team!
