I liked the service given to me

Started well with a young sales woman then was passed on the a “manager”. He came across as very aggressive and arrogant! I was willing to still move forward but had second thoughts when was greeted rudely on the day of my test drive. I’m leaving names out because my intent is only for those involved to learn and grow from this!

The car was on the lot but it wasn't in running condition. Did not get to a point to discuss the purchasing of another vehicle. I went on a Saturday and it was way too busy for my liking. I would return at another time if a vehicle I'm interested in becomes available.

The staff was very helpful and professional.The car was in excellent condition. I took a test drive and it drove fantastic. I also got a very good price on my trade in.Highly recommended.

Of all the dealers I’ve been to the staff at Honda of Tenafly were the most pleasant, patient, attentive, informative and down to earth people I’ve ever encountered at any dealership.
