Biff was amazing, and so friendly! I never like going to dealerships of any sort but he was a pleasure to talk with, and was extremely transparent and helpful with the pricing. They were especially understanding and even allowed us to hold the deposit on the car for longer than usual since they didn’t have the title at the moment (it was a new vehicle they just got traded in) so it made us feel so much better! Me and my boyfriend are so excited to visit a second time when we go to pick up my new car 😁

Staff were very kind but without any coordination. Because too many staff was in contact with me for just one car and I suggest to improve that the avoid confusion and keep a good and trust communication. 2) They set a time with me and when I got there they dealer was closed earlier that the normal time and it was when I arrived to the place you realized that it was a holiday . 05/25..
