Good costumer sales man nice people!!!

I started the purchase process on a vehicle and clicked through the links as instructed, it brought me to a page which said I need to contact the dealer to make an appointment to finalize the purchase, which I did. With confirmation emails in hand I drove out to the dealership. I even got a confirmation request by text from the dealer 1.5 hours before the appointment and I confirmed that I'm on the way. I spent 3 hours on the road! When I get there I was told that the car was just sold!!! Is there no obligation to keep their word? According to the vehicle description, it was on the lot for 9+ months, and all of a sudden it was sold minutes before i walked in? The next day I got a call from them asking me how my experience went yesterday... I was very upset. The lady simply said "sorry for the miscommunication" and moved on to try to sell me another vehicle. She did not seem very apologetic. When I questioned her about it, she simply hung up.

Waste of time. Refused to give any indication of price by phone. It was very clear they are not interested in competing on price.

Horrible to work with, they don't work with you at all. I never pay sticker price. They would not budge 1 dollar. Never like this before. This would have been my third car purchased from them. Was giving them a chance to redeem themselves and they failed...
