Driss the salesman was great , transparent with information. Sebastian from finance was also great . We negotiated my trade in and I got what I requested. Because I traded in another Rav 4 I expected a fair offer . Initially it was very low then I got 2k more which is the lowest I would take . Not too much haggling I expected more .

Erick and Richie are absolute gentlemen. They were the type of salespeople we would have been happy to get commission from our purchase. We faced an issue where the price that was provided in writing was not honoured by the sales manager (which is understandable), but the way he approached the problem was rude, abrupt and petty. We were wanting to do a deal, had made it clear it would be a cash deal, and even when we agreed to meet the sales manager halfway, he pulled out of the compromise deal when we (again) said we were paying cash.
