Did not want to make a better deal and tried to insist on what they were giving me. Didn’t even ran my co-signers credit because it wouldn’t have given them the deal they wanted. Very cut throat.

If you are looking for a used car be aware of additional fees. The price online is not accurate. I went to this dealership as I was interested in a used car but found out they had a $1400 “reconditioning fee” and a 700 “security fee”

The dealership responding promptly are were knowledgeable about the car. I have not yet made an offer on the car, however, If the car is available I will put in an offer shortly.

I started the purchase process on a vehicle and clicked through the links as instructed, it brought me to a page which said I need to contact the dealer to make an appointment to finalize the purchase, which I did. With confirmation emails in hand I drove out to the dealership. I even got a confirmation request by text from the dealer 1.5 hours before the appointment and I confirmed that I'm on the way. I spent 3 hours on the road! When I get there I was told that the car was just sold!!! Is there no obligation to keep their word? According to the vehicle description, it was on the lot for 9+ months, and all of a sudden it was sold minutes before i walked in? The next day I got a call from them asking me how my experience went yesterday... I was very upset. The lady simply said "sorry for the miscommunication" and moved on to try to sell me another vehicle. She did not seem very apologetic. When I questioned her about it, she simply hung up.
