Was great customer service, took a short personal video of themselves and the lot. He let me.know the vehicle was sold over the weekend, but encouraged me to take a look at what they have.

I was able to get all the information I needed to make the 2 hour trip through text/email. Spent a couple hours at the dealership to test drive and complete the purchase. I have zero complaints, and it was a great experience!

Dealer never contacted me

Said it was available then when I arrived stated been sold that morning. Wasted gas and time

This was a very fast process. I was pre-qualified on Cargurus and I took the letter into the dealership and the guys was very helpful. Left with the car I wanted within 4 hours or less.
