Michael Coehlo in Finance also went above and beyond to get the purchase price down to where I was totally comfortable and confident that I could not have done better on this truck anywhere else - and all with a healthy dose of charm and a rather paternal grace. I asked for price details of a vehicle, did not hear back for two days and by the time I did. It was a message saying the car in question had sold. So I never even got the time of day from the team my message was sent to. Literally got one message saying my message was forwarded to the other department and guess they didn't think I was important enough to in those two days, to give me the details I asked for.

Our salesman was great but it went down hill from there.We drove about 3 hours after dealing with Internet sales. We were told that the vehicle were interested in had automatic assist steps and sunroof. We went for a test drive and it didn't have either. Then we were told that all used vehicles have new tires, brakes and oil change done. Oil change was done but oil life was not reset. No brakes were replaced. Sales mgr showed up with a price almost $6000 more. Sales mgr came back and said he didn't read the notes( Really) Immediately started having problems with a battery issue. They said they put in a new one. We should have known better to buy from Internet sales and live 3 hours away.

I was contacted immediately and received several phone calls. After providing all of my information I was told I’d receive a call back/ text and never heard anything. The car has since sold I believe. Missed out on a good deal.

Do not waste your time. Listings are not accurate. Spoke with the "internet sales manager" who said he'd meet to show me the truck at an agreed upon time. Came to dealer only to be met with a random salesperson. He walked me to the truck which had clear front end damage with a crashed bumper despite the listing indicating no prior accidents. I spoke with the "executive sales manager" who defended their actions and even attempted to joke with me about why the initial "internet sales manager" was unwilling to show his face and defend his own actions. These are not the kind of people you want to engage with on a business transaction.
