Honda dealerships near me (Hillsdale, NJ)

Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The appointment was confirmed twice via text that evening, and at 12 noon on the day of the appointment. Drove a hour to the dealership only to be told the car was sold the night before… “But we have others…” at which point we stood up and walked out. Never got a call back from management when we complained. Don’t bother with them.

Did not spend any time at the dealership was told to come in to finish the deal on Monday but it got sold on Saturday not even notified that it was sold.. had to find out through cars guru got the car was sold. I also had a car to trade in before the car was sold and they didn't even acknowledge that. If a deal was made with a customer for the customer to come in on Monday but it gets sold on Saturday that shows you there is no loyalty to customers at least in my opinion

When I Inquired about the vehicle online I had a reply within a few hours, very surprised. Went in for test drive and had a salesman with me within minutes. We discussed the vehicle and vehicle was located in about ten minutes. This dealer is a very large dealer with a few lots. I took vehicle for test drive and loved it. Paperwork was explained and completed very quick an was drove it home same day.

Staff was professional in dealing with customers

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered us coffee and tea and pizza while we waited.

Kamila Rodriguez is awesome !!! She is located in Rt. 23 Honda in Pompton Plains.. she was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful with our buying process.. she gave us along with her manager a very good deal! including lifetime oil changes! I highly recommend her and this dealership!!!

Good service good communication no wasted time.

Car had 7000 more miles than what was listed on this site. Car was far from mint condition we should have just flew home traveled 2200 miles for this car. Honda of the Bronx is a shady place.

Nightmare. Worst experience. Car was misrepresented, salesman repeatedly lied through the process. And after cancelling the sale, I was jerked around for six days trying to get my down payment refunded. Stay away.
