Great experience overall. Drove 250 miles to Maryland and the car was exactly as described. Andrew was courteous and professional, and Carlos in finance made the process smooth. Very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated.

Jeep had a ton of issues. Chip in windshield windshield wiper was broke. It had dent in rear with rust front bumper passenger side been hit. Bunch of other little things that couldve been addressed i feel before trying to sell it.

Used CarGurus to find this vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive the specific vehicle. Dealership is an 1 1/2 hour drive. Woke up early see the vehicle and possibly make a year end deal. Get there (1st customers), and the sales manager intentionally directed us to someone completely unprepared because he was aware he was getting a customer. Car suddenly was sold the night before (11pm) and they don’t have it anymore. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I’m going to find the VIN of the vehicle and get proof it was sold! Sales guy extends our stay another two hours saying he can get us into a new vehicle. Sure but 100.00 a month more in payment we knew we didn’t want. We came in with our own financing and knew he wasn’t going to get close. Complete wastes of time. Just be honest about your inventory. CarGurus needs to enforce this. We know now, call and speak to someone (get a name!) and tell them you are only interested in the specific car with the stock#.

Went there with the hopes of getting the car but go there and turned to I needed a co signer after being told it was a done deal, get a co signer and they wouldn’t accept the military id (when another deal ship I’m going to is) and now the car is listed for $2,300 more then it was when $10,900. Never again.
