Honda dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

Made a tentative appointment to look at the van. I told them when I would be in the Cincinnati area. The day I went, they texted me that the van was in the body shop getting the hood repainted because of scratches. Clean CarFax. No mention of needed body work in the CarGurus ad.

The picture of the vehicle were taken by angles that didn’t show the damage inside. I got to the dealership and stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledge that I was there even though multiple employees walk right past me. I will never go back.

I was test driving the car while someone else came in and bought it. A different salesman knew that someone was coming in to buy the car and should have made it clear to me instead of saying they were coming in to look. I would have bought the car right then. I am very frustrated and would not shop at this dealer again. I feel like someone else stole the car out from under me.

The dealership responded very quickly and answered all of my questions without being too pushy.

I can't say enough good things about this place, Jenny was promt to respond and book us an appointment from our interest in the vehicle online, it was brought to the front of the lot when we arrived. The test drive was great and the vehicle didnt disappoint, she was quick to value our trade (high miles not worth alot) but got us the most for it. We were given several different financing options. Once we decided to buy, the process was quick and easy just a few taps on a tablet, all the staff at Performance Honda were courteous and patient. The car was cleaned and filled up with fuel once all the papers were signed we were out the door on our way home happy. Well worth the drive from Hanover, Indiana would most definitely shop/buy there again Thanks Cargurus and Thanks Jenny and everyone we dealt with at Performance Honda

Never followed up to my first query and NEVER responded to my second query (multiple attempts were made). To put it very bluntly, their communication and follow up are in the deplorable state. Shame, the vehicle still there and could have been purchased two weeks ago….BUT the dealership miserably FAILED! I would not recommend dealing with this dealership unless they turn things around.
