Got pre-qualification via Car Gurus. Did every step in the website. The initial salesperson disappeared on me. I explained that I was out of state. They connected me with the manager. The whole process was like trying to pull teeth. They kept me asking for updates while I had my local dealerships hounding every 5 seconds to make a sale. But not these guys. Finally he said I had to fill the credit app which I already knew I had to file given that I only had a PRE-QUALIFICATION. Several days later they are like, you got approved, this is the payment... about twice the amount of monthly payment I had listed on my pre-qualification. I got a call from the person dealing with the financial part and told me (because I asked for the detailed numbers) that the only person who could provide me with those was the manager who was out already because of a personal emergency and that I should receive a call on Thursday (it was Tuesday) and I'm still waiting. Already got a car somewhere else.

Horrible communication & overall experience. I called multiple times & was repeatedly told a salesperson would call me back 30 mins ,no one ever did. When we went in person, the car had to be jumped to test drive it. It was obvious it hadn’t been driven in a while. After the test drive, we were left waiting while 2–3 different reps. came to speak with us about the same vehicle. I requested the inspection report several times. When they finally provided it, it was dated June 2025. While discussing issues, we went back to check it again&the vehicle started malfunctioning. It shut off, the lights flickered on and off&I even saw the check engine light come on. They said the battery “needed to be replaced” and that it would take 30–40 minutes. We ended up waiting about two hours. During that time, they claimed they were “aggressively negotiating” the price with the GM, but they never moved on the price at all. To make matters worse, if we did not finance with them the car is $10k more!

This was the easiest and best car-buying experience I have ever had. We were buying the car remotely and Wayne was beyond helpful. He sent us a video walk-around of the vehicle and then sent another making sure to point out every ding and blemish to make sure we knew exactly what we were considering before we flew up. there was no "used car salesman" vibe. He was honest, up front and transparent. The worst part of the whole experience was the traffic getting out of New York after the purchase. :-)

The entire staff was very helpful in all regards. The salesperson with who I worked with in securing my purchase, Andre was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and patiently help me navigate the buying process. Sincerity and honesty are something that is usually overlooked at dealerships, but he possesses all those attributes. As for financing the vehicle, Diego was awesome in walking me thru and explaining each step as I completed the sea of paperwork necessary for purchasing my car. This finance manager answered all my concerns as if we were spending his own money. This dealership is an excellent place to do business with. Brian who oversees this establishment runs a tight ship and when he surrounds himself with good top-notched people, there is really no excuse.
