Really good customer service very friendly very informative very transparent.

Well, let’s just say they do everything they can to sell the truck but after they sell the truck, they have zero communication. They gave me another person‘s paperwork and gave mine to another person and still have not sent me my correct paperwork so I would highly recommend not going to Parks Ford of Hendersonville.

Sale person contacted me told me do a credit application for the truck told her I’ll put a deposit down for the truck never took my deposit for the truck then come find out they sold it few days later after I sent them all my documents they needed They only wnana run ur credit to make it look like they doing something wasted of time the GM manager need train them little bit better probably why they for a low rate in the 1st place something told me not to deal with them but i figured give them a try bc i like the truck they hade welp look at me know got played she couldn’t even text or call me to tell me they sold it sorry ass people

I didn’t purchase a vehicle yet, but am in the process. The salesman was friendly and upfront about things. Dealership offered me a compelling deal, so am going back.

Lady was very nice when trying to get us on the lot. Told me price was negotiable. Once we got there and started talking price we were told they had it priced the lowest they could go. Then when they put a deal sheet together they had the price higher than it was listed for on Cargurus. They were not honest from the beginning. In my opinion they are not very trustworthy.

They did reach out! Together we are working towards a better deal.
