Mike was great at CarNation Motors. He returned all correspondence either by phone, text or email. I bought the vehicle from out of state and he sent multiple photos so I knew what I was buying. He followed up on the delivery and asked me about my wife who was in the hospital. Great service

Haven't visit yet....but the responded and email me all info I needed I will be contacting the my #1 in my list

I was dealing directly with the owner and had made a good faith offer to which he acknowledged and was evaluating...then he came back the next day and said another employee had sold the car...that he was not aware the car had been spoken for. He further stated that because I had not put down a deposit, he was within his rights. However, they never asked for a deposit after I made the written offer. Sounds like the dealership should review its internal communications policy.
